Payment/cancellation
- We charge your first 14 nights when making your booking.
- The outstanding amount you pay when you leave Nine
- Cancellation before 14 days before arrival: we save your deposit as a credit for your a future stay. In case someone books your room for the first 14 nights of your booking, we refund you the nights that are booked.
- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: you loose your deposit unless someone books your room for the first 14 nights of your booking. In that case we refund you the nights that are booked.
- Let us know asap if you need to cancel, for a higher chance to find you a replacement.
- We have a minimum stay of 14 days, because we have noticed our community thrives best when people stay longer. :) Most of our guest stay a minimum of one month at Nine which gives the opportunity for deeper connections.
